These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 333kp online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account services accessible at 333kp.pro and any associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

333kp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

To register and use the 333kp Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333kp enforces a strict 21+ policy and verifies your age using your National ID card (NID) or other approved government-issued identity document during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person registering the account for your own personal use only, not on behalf of any company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 333kp or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or suppliers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion on the 333kp Platform or on any platform where 333kp has implemented a cross-platform exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and must promptly update your details if anything changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

333kp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended or closed. Any balance held in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Your 333kp account is personal to you and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity results directly from a security failure attributable to 333kp.

All financial transactions on the 333kp Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following clauses govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

333kp offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

333kp provides access to games supplied by third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. All game outcomes on 333kp are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical randomisation processes supervised by live dealers on camera. 333kp does not control or manipulate individual game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333kp Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information, identity documents, or payment details at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including match-fixing in sports betting markets, chip dumping in poker, or coordinated manipulation of any promotional or tournament prize pool.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error will be voided regardless of when the exploitation is discovered.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Using the 333kp Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable Bangladesh law or international financial crime regulations.

333kp employs automated detection systems and human review to identify prohibited conduct. Detection may result in immediate freezing of account funds pending investigation. 333kp cooperates with law enforcement and financial authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required by applicable law.

333kp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion where grounds exist to do so. The following circumstances constitute grounds for suspension or termination:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333kp's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether 333kp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

333kp is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure including mobile network operators, payment processors, or game providers; (d) any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) any loss arising from events outside 333kp's reasonable control including acts of god, government action, or telecommunications failure.

333kp may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the Platform with an updated last-updated date. Where an amendment is material, 333kp will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after a material amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 333kp's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, you should first contact 333kp customer support at [email protected]. 333kp will endeavour to resolve disputes through its internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.
